Specification:

1.The wet-process(coagulation process) PU synthetic non-woven backing base is produced by coating PU solution(dissoloved with solvent and assistors) onto non-woven fabrics.

2.The hand feeling of wet-process(coagulation process) PU synthetic base depends on the modulus of polyurethane, for example: modulus 20 is softer than modulus 100.

3.The wet-process(coagulation process)PU synthetic base has some properties making it more comfortable, high moisture permeability and more similar to the genuine leather from aesthetical point of view.

4. Mainly used as backing materials for PU synthetic leather for shoes' lining, etc.
